OUR SUCCESS

Established in April 2002, we started in the North of England after being the leading luxury student accommodation providers in the City of Bradford.
We are now growing into new market sectors and acquiring developments of different sizes in different cities. A testament to our success is the successful brands of Mirage Banqueting Suite and Mezza Restaurant Mediterranean Grill & Desserts Bar.

Browntree Properties is a specialist Investment Management company, established since April 2002, with an exponential growth rate year on year.

We focus on starting up new investments and providing investment services, such as, refurbishing run-down properties to high quality and high yield investments for the new start-up businesses to operate from. This is including, but not limited to, commercial and residential needs.

As qualified individuals within he investment market sector, we have a detailed understanding of each of our industry segments. As part of our commitment to providing the highest possible quality of service to our investments, we follow a very logical formula that has enabled us to develop some of the following investment project outlays whilst maximising returns:

Acquiring distressed properties and transforming them in to high yield investments through refurbishment/development overlooked by efficient management.
Established a successful Events Management company and Banqueting Hall mainly catered for the wedding sector
Invested £500,000 in to developing our first of many restaurant chains and are currently developing a franchise model to roll out across the UK, which will also supply to the wedding hall.

MANAGEMENT & LETTINGS

We manage our investments throughout the whole process from construction to ongoing maintenance allowing us to have a greater understanding of all our investments and what we can offer.

As one of our investment services, we welcome the opportunity for you to contact our lettings team that will happily provide additional information over the phone or via email. From here we will show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have on our viewing. If it’s a thumb up and you loved your viewing, our lettings consultants will go through the sign-up process with you step by step.

Once signed and moved in, we maintain a relationship with all our tenants, updating you regularly when needed and available for any queries you may have. We also have a dedicated maintenance section on our website in order to assist with any queries which may arise. In addition to this we have high calibre staff whom are enthusiastic and helpful in order to ensure your time with Browntree Properties is smooth & efficient.

In recent years, our focus has turned to large-scale apartment buildings. These larger developments, predominantly situated in prime locations, offer luxury living, and feature high quality facilities such as concierge services, car parking and high-speed Wi-Fi. Our smaller developments offer shared accommodation for friends and are all inclusive of utility bills.
